How do I find a product?

Use the “SHOP” link on the upper left side of the site in order to look through all of the products that ETD has to offer. You can narrow your search by filtering by Category, Brand, or Style of Practice from our drop-down columns. Of course, we also have a “Search” function in the upper right side of the site, where you can use a specific word or product sku to find what you’re looking for.

How do I find out more information about the products you have to offer?

Is this site secure?

Yes, this site has an SSL certificate which is verified against secure third-party agencies, certifying that this site passes all security and encryption industry standards. No credit card information is stored on the site, and all information is double-checked in our office. ETDinc.ca is SSL certified and secured by GeoTrust (a division of VeriSign). All transactions use 128-bit strong encryption to ensure that all of your information is secure during transaction. For registered users, we securely store your shipping/billing information, so that your future orders do not require you to re-enter this information.

What if I've made a mistake on my purchase, and want to change it or cancel it?

All you have to do is call us at 1-877-475-8344 on the same day of your purchase.

How do I remove a product from my cart?

Click the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon (PICTURE HERE of CART?) in the top right side of our website site. Here you can view any products that you’ve added to your cart. You can remove any item simply by clicking the “Remove” button, or modify the quantity by changing the quantity number, then clicking "Update Cart".

I keep getting errors during checkout?

Make sure you have entered all the fields that are marked as "mandatory" and that your credit card information is valid. If the problem persists, please call us toll free at 1-877-475-8344, so that we can improve our service to you.

Do I have to re-enter my personal information every time?

For repeat customers, it is best to register on the site so that your information (such as shipping and billing address, but never credit card numbers) is stored for quick retrieval. We do not share this information with ANYONE, it is simply used to make your next checkout faster. When a repeat customer goes to checkout, you can select your personal profile from a drop-down menu located above the shipping fields. This will automatically fill in all the fields for you, with the exception of credit card information.

When will my items be shipped out?

We value your business and we endeavor to process your order as soon as it comes in. Items aim to be shipped out within 1-2 business days unless contacted by e-mail.

Which delivery methods do you use?

All items sent to residential, rural and PO Box addresses will delivered by Expedited Mail. Other sent by UPS.

What if I need my items the following day?

Please call our office before noon EST at 1-877-475-8344 to discuss Express Shipping options.

How do you ensure that the products meet Health Canada standards?

Our company is ISO 13485 Registered and all of our products are Health Canada Registered. We work closely with all of our suppliers to ensure that their entire manufacturing process adheres to Health Canada regulations. As part of our business process, we record all serial numbers and lot numbers for all medical equipment (needles included) for tracking purposes. We also adhere to the correct labeling practices as outlined by Health Canada. Health Canada regulations significantly differ from FDA regulations.
