Laser Equipment

Our laser devices (Laser TENS, AcuLaser, LP-5F1) use either Visible Red or Infrared laser diodes depending on the wavelength. A Visible Red wavelength range is 635-690nm, which has a penetration depth of approximatly 15mm. An Infrared wavelength range is 800-1000nm, which has a deeper penetration depth of approximately 30-45mm. Lasers can provide an effective alternative to patients who are needle phobic, have sensitivities to any electro-stimulation and children. Laser therapy is a good adjunct to faster healing and reduced pain, swelling and inflammation. Care must be taken when using lasers. Do not stare into laser beam.
