Auricular therapy is a specialized form of acupuncture, where the auricle (ear) is used to stimulate various organs and meridians in the body. Small press needles and pellets are some of the tools used in auricular therapy. As well as a theory of practice, auricular therapy has more commonly been used in treating substance abuse, smoking cessation and weight loss.
